Subdivision 1.For administration.
The commissioner may adopt rules necessary to administer sections18C.531to18C.575.
Subd. 2.Liming materials.
The commissioner may adopt rules governing the distribution, labeling, sale, handling, certification, use, application, storage, sampling, and analysis of liming materials.
