Text
Subdivision 1.Sewage sludge without charge exempt.
Sewage sludge that is transferred between parties without compensation is exempt from the requirements of this chapter except the labeling requirements of this chapter.
Subd. 2.Sewage sludge analysis meets labeling requirements.
A copy of the sewage sludge analysis required by the rules of the Pollution Control Agency is sufficient to meet the labeling requirements.
Subd. 3.Compost without charge exempt.
Compost that is transferred between parties without compensation is exempt from all requirements of this chapter.
