Subdivision 1.Product label. An agricultural liming material offered for sale in this state must be labeled in accordance with rules adopted under this chapter. Subd. 2.Bagged and bulk shipment label. If agricultural liming material is transported or sold in bags or bulk, an invoice or delivery ticket in written or printed form as required by subdivision 1 must accompany each delivery and be supplied to each purchaser at the time of delivery.
