Text
Subdivision 1.Sale and distribution prohibited. A person may not sell or distribute a misbranded fertilizer, soil amendment, or plant amendment. Subd. 2.Factors causing misbranding. A fertilizer, soil amendment, or plant amendment is misbranded if:
(1)it carries a false or misleading statement on the container, on the label attached to the container; or
(2)false or misleading statements concerning the fertilizer, soil amendment, or plant amendment are disseminated in any manner or by any means.
