Text
Subdivision 1.Hearings.
All hearings related to common carriers by rail or motor carriers and required to be conducted by the commissioner of transportation must be conducted pursuant to sections14.001to14.69.
Subd. 2.Appeals.
An appeal from an order of the commissioner must be in accordance with chapter 14.
