Text
Subdivision 1.Department of Highways.
All powers, duties, and functions heretofore vested in or imposed on the commissioner of highways or the Department of Highways by chapters 160, 161, 162, 163, 164, 165, 167, 169, 173, or sections473.405to473.449or any other law relating to the duties and powers of the commissioner of highways are transferred to, vested in, and imposed on the commissioner of transportation. The position of the commissioner of highways and the Department of Highways as heretofore constituted are abolished.
Subd. 2.Department of Aeronautics.
All powers, duties, and functions heretofore vested in or imposed on the commissioner of aeronautics or the Department of Aeronautics by sections360.011to360.076,360.305to360.73,360.81to360.91or any other law relating to the duties
