Subdivision 1.Scope.
For the purposes of sections174.60to174.63the terms defined in this section have the meanings given them.
Subd. 2.Corporation.
"Corporation" means the National Railroad Passenger Corporation created pursuant to the Rail Passenger Service Act of 1970, Public Law 91-518.
Subd. 3.Governmental unit.
"Governmental unit" means a regional development commission, county, city or town.
