Subdivision 1.Conveyances; St. Paul.

(a)The city of St. Paul may convey to the state, without compensation, any property within the Capitol Area that is owned by the city.
(b)The state may transfer to the city, without compensation, any property acquired for the purposes in section15B.01within the street lines of streets established as a part of the city's part of the comprehensive plan.
(c)Capitol Area tax-forfeited land held by the state in trust for its taxing subdivisions is not subject to sale or repurchase except as provided in this section and section15B.24unless a law expressly changes or supersedes this section or section15B.24to provide otherwise.
