Text
Any person, firm, partnership, or corporation, not a resident of Minnesota, who engages in Minnesota in the practices regulated in sections155A.21to155A.36shall file with the board the name and address of a duly authorized agent for service of legal process, which agent for service shall be a resident of the state of Minnesota.
