Subdivision 1.Board's powers and duties; generally. The board has the power and duties necessary for the administration of the provisions of this chapter. Subd. 2.Hiring and assignment of employees. The board has the authority to hire qualified personnel in the classified service to assist in administering the law, including those for the testing and licensing of applicants, conducting inspections, and complaint investigations. Subd.
