Text
A person involved in the management, operation, or control of a hospice provider who violates section144A.753, subdivision 1, paragraph (a), is guilty of a misdemeanor. This section does not apply to a person who had no legal authority to affect or change decisions related to the management, operation, or control of a hospice provider.
