Text
Subdivision 1.Operating without a license.
The operation of a facility providing services required to be licensed under sections144A.02to144A.10without a license is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $300.
Subd. 2.Advertising without a license.
A person or entity that advertises a facility required to be licensed under sections144A.02to144A.10before obtaining a license is guilty of a misdemeanor.
Subd. 3.Other sanctions.
The sanctions in this section do not restrict other available sanctions.
