(a)The applicant or certification holder must submit a completed background study for each child care background study subject as defined in section245C.02, subdivision6a.
(b)To be accepted for certification, a background study on every individual applying for certification must be completed under chapter 245C and result in a not disqualified determination under section245C.14or a disqualification that was set aside under section245C.22.
