Text

(a)Notwithstanding Minnesota Rules, part9502.0365, subpart 5, and with the license holder's consent, an individual may be present in the licensed space, may supervise the family child care license holder's own child both inside and outside of the licensed space, and is exempt from the training and supervision requirements of this chapter and Minnesota Rules, chapter 9502, if the individual:
(1)is related to the license holder or to the license holder's child, as defined in section142B.01, subdivision 15, or is a household member who the license holder has reported to the county agency;
(2)is not a designated caregiver, helper, or substitute for the licensed program;
(3)is involved only in the care of the license holder's own child; and
(4)does not have direct, unsupervised contact wit
