Subdivision 1.Scope.
As used in sections129D.11to129D.14, the terms defined in this section have the meanings here given them.
Subd. 2.Public station.
"Public station" means a station holding a license or operating under a program test authority from the Federal Communications Commission as a noncommercial educational television broadcast station within this state or a station outside the state which received funds under section129D.13in 1976.
Subd. 3.Commissioner.
"Commissioner" means the commissioner of administration.
