Subdivision 1.Scope.
For the purposes of sections116L.01to116L.17, the terms defined in this section have the meanings given them.
Subd. 2.Partnership.
"Partnership" means the Minnesota Job Skills Partnership created by section116L.02.
Subd. 3.Board.
"Board" means the partnership board created by section116L.03.
Subd. 4.Workforce development intermediaries.
"Workforce development intermediaries" means public, private, or nonprofit entities that provide employment services to low-income individuals and have a demonstrated track record bringing together employers and workers, private and public funding streams, and other stakeholders to implement pathways to career advancement for low-income individuals.
