Subdivision 1.Personal jurisdiction. As to any cause of action arising under sections116B.01to116B.13, the district court may exercise personal jurisdiction over any foreign corporation or any nonresident individual in the same manner as if it were a domestic corporation or the individual were a resident of this state. This section applies if, in person or through an agent, the foreign corporation or nonresident individual:

(1)commits or threatens to commit any act in the state that would impair, pollute, or destroy the air, water, land, or other natural resources located within the state;
(2)commits or threatens to commit any act outside the state that would impair, pollute, or destroy the air, water, land, or other natural resources located within the state; or
(3)engages in any othe
