The commissioner, in cooperation with the commission, shall report to the Environment and Natural Resources Committees of the senate and house of representatives, the Finance Division of the senate Committee on Environment and Natural Resources, and the house of representatives Committee on Environment and Natural Resources Finance on progress being made in achieving the objectives of sections115D.01to115D.12. The report must be done in conjunction with the report required under section115A.121.
