Text
The director may adopt rules to standardize the forms and sizes of maps, plats, drawings, and specifications in drainage proceedings. The director must require the permanent grass strips acquired under section103E.021to be shown on the maps and maintain an inventory of all permanent grass strips acquired by drainage authorities.
