Text
The county attorney shall represent the county in all drainage proceedings and related matters without special compensation, except as provided in section388.09, subdivision 1. A county attorney, the county attorney's assistant, or any attorney associated with the county attorney in business may not otherwise appear in any drainage proceeding for any interested person.
