Text
Subdivision 1.Warrants and arrests.
An enforcement officer, as defined in section97A.015, subdivision 18, may execute and serve warrants, and arrest persons detected in actual violation of sections103E.005to103E.811as provided in sections97A.205and97A.211.
Subd. 2.Prosecution.
The county attorney shall prosecute all criminal actions arising under this chapter.
