Text

Subdivision 1.Election and terms.

(a)The board shall elect from its membership a chair to serve for a period of one year and shall also elect a secretary and a treasurer.
(b)The officers hold office at the pleasure of the board. Subd. 2.Compensation. The board shall fix the compensation of the officers. Subd. 3.Other officers and employees. The board may appoint other officers, agents, and employees who shall perform duties and receive compensation as the board determines and are removable at the pleasure of the board.
