Subdivision 1. [Repealed,2003 c 128 art 1 s 176] Subd. 2. [Repealed,2003 c 128 art 1 s 176] Subd. 3. [Repealed,2003 c 128 art 1 s 176] Subd. 4.Public hearing. The county board shall conduct a public hearing on the local water management plan pursuant to section375.51. Subd. 5.State review.

(a)After conducting the public hearing but before final adoption, the county board must submit its local water management plan, all written comments received on the plan, a record of the public hearing under subdivision 4, and a summary of changes incorporated as a result of the review process to the board for review. The board shall complete the review within 90 days after receiving a local water management plan and supporting documents. The board shall consult with the Departments of Agriculture,
