SALE OF WATER TO LOCAL INDUSTRY (EXCERPT) Act 386 of 1974 798.413 Disposition of revenues; liability for damages. Sec.
3.The revenues received under this act shall be deposited in the state treasury and credited to the general fund. The state of Michigan and the Michigan department of corrections and all personnel shall not be held liable for any damages which might result from the failure or inability of the prison water system to supply the private corporation with water under any circumstances.
