SPECIAL ALTERNATIVE INCARCERATION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 287 of 1988 798.18 Conditional effective date. Sec.

8.This act shall not take effect unless Senate Bill No. 691 of the 84th Legislature is enacted into law.
