UNIFORM UNCLAIMED PROPERTY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 29 of 1995 567.262 Applicability of act to property subject to another statute. Sec.

42.This act shall not apply to unclaimed, lost, or abandoned property, if the loss, abandonment, or failure to claim the property is the subject of another statute of this state that specifies to whom ownership of the property shall devolve.
