COLONIAL DAMES OF AMERICA (EXCERPT) Act 35 of 1897 457.85 Articles; certified copy as evidence. Sec.
5.A copy of such articles of association, duly certified under the seal of the state, shall be prima facie evidence of the due existence and incorporation of such association.
