COLONIAL DAMES OF AMERICA (EXCERPT) Act 35 of 1897 457.84 Constitution and by-laws; contents. Sec.
4.Said corporation shall have power to make and adopt a proper constitution and by-laws, prescribing the names and duties of its officers and all necessary and lawful rules and regulations for the government of its business.
