FRENCH CANADIAN SOCIETY (EXCERPT) Act 159 of 1893 457.75 Articles; certified copy as evidence. Sec.
5.A copy of the record of said articles of association under the seal of this state duly certified according to law shall be received as prima facie evidence of the due existence and incorporation of such association in all the courts of the state and of the United States.
