ANCIENT ORDER OF HIBERNIANS (EXCERPT) Act 84 of 1879 457.42 State convention; articles of association, execution, contents. Sec.
2.Any 5 or more persons, residents of this state and being members of the [a] state convention of the Ancient Order of Hibernians of the state of Michigan, desirous to become incorporated, may with the consent of such convention, make and execute articles of association under their hands and seals, which said articles of association shall be acknowledged before some officer of this state, having authority to take acknowledgments of deeds, and shall set forth: First, The names of the persons associating in the first instance, and their place of residence; Second, The corporate name by which such association shall be known in the law, and the place of its business
