SOCIAL ORDER OF MOOSE (EXCERPT) Act 104 of 1905 457.404 Grand lodge; certified copy of articles as evidence. Sec.

4.A copy of the record of said articles of association, under the seal of the state, duly certified according to law, shall be received as prima facie evidence in all courts of this state, of the existence and due incorporation of such corporation.
