ORDER OF THE EASTERN STAR (EXCERPT) Act 35 of 1909 457.276 Membership; election of officers and trustees; terms. Sec.

6.Every such corporation shall elect annually a president, vice president and secretary and shall have power to provide by its by-laws for succession to its original membership and for new membership; and shall provide by its by-laws for election from its members of a board of trustees, and shall fix the number and term of office of such trustees: Provided, Such board shall consist of not less than 5 in number and such term of office shall not exceed 3 years.
