FREE AND ACCEPTED MASONS (EXCERPT) Act 235 of 1849 457.235 Powers of corporation as trustee for subordinate lodges. Sec.
5.Said corporation may hold real and personal estate of subordinate lodges in trust for the use of such subordinate lodges, and do all acts and things in law relating thereto as trustees, and may convey the same as above, under the direction of such subordinate lodge and the rules, regulations, and by-laws of the grand lodge in relation thereto.
