FREE AND ACCEPTED MASONS (EXCERPT) Act 235 of 1849 457.232 Officers; board of directors. Sec.

2.The officers of said corporation shall be: the grand master, deputy grand master, senior grand warden, junior grand warden, grand treasurer, and grand secretary, for the time being, and they shall constitute the board of directors of said corporation for the transaction of all business authorized by this act.
