MECHANICS' ASSOCIATIONS (EXCERPT) Act 188 of 1857 454.11 Mechanics' associations; libraries, maintenance and regulation. Sec.

11.All societies or associations organized as aforesaid, shall have the right to keep and maintain libraries and make all needful by-laws for the good government and regulation of the same.
