MICHIGAN STATE AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY (EXCERPT) Act 165 of 1879 453.83 Annual fairs; exhibits, liability for loss. Sec.
3.The said society shall not be liable for the loss by fire or otherwise of animals or articles which may be placed on exhibition at the annual fairs of the society.
