GRANGES (EXCERPT) Act 68 of 1875 453.6 State grange; articles, certified copy as evidence. Sec.
6.A copy of the record of the articles of association of every such corporation formed as aforesaid, filed in the office of the secretary of state, and certified by him under the seal of state, shall be received in all courts and places as prima facie evidence of the existence and due incorporation of such corporation.
