MICHIGAN STATE AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY (EXCERPT) Act 180 of 1849 453.51 Michigan state agricultural society; incorporation. Sec.
1.That all persons who now are, or may hereafter become associated for the purposes of this act, are hereby constituted a body corporate by the name of the “Michigan state agricultural society,” for the purpose of promoting the improvement of agriculture and its kindred arts.
