MICHIGAN DAIRYMEN'S ASSOCIATION (EXCERPT) Act 100 of 1895 453.403 Dairymen's association; articles, contents. Sec.

3.The articles of such association shall contain: First, The names of the persons associating and the places of their residence; Second, The name of such association and the place of its business office, which shall be at the place of residence of the secretary; Third, The object and purposes of such association, which shall be to secure the co-operation of dairymen and to promote the social, moral and business interests of its members, and the period for which it is incorporated, not exceeding 30 years; Fourth, The number of directors and regular officers and the time of holding its annual meeting: Provided, however, That such association may, in its articles of association,
