AGRICULTURAL FAIR ASSOCIATIONS (EXCERPT) Act 188 of 1921 453.342 Report; certification, filing, and preservation; public inspection. Sec.

2.The secretary shall certify to the report under oath and forward it to the department of agriculture at Lansing, for filing within 120 days after the close of the event, or June 30, whichever occurs first. The department of agriculture shall preserve the report in their files for 3 years, during which time it shall be available for public inspection.
