POMOLOGICAL AND HORTICULTURAL SOCIETIES (EXCERPT) Act 125 of 1871 453.308 Pomological and horticultural associations; privileges and immunities. Sec.
8.Associations incorporated under this act shall, on compliance with the requirements thereof, be entitled to all the immunities, emoluments, and privileges accorded by law to the agricultural societies of this state.
