WAREHOUSE CERTIFICATES (EXCERPT) Act 147 of 1905 444.109 Saving clause. Sec.
9.Nothing in this act shall be construed to affect, interfere with or impair any rights of issuing and negotiation of any warehouse receipts or certificates under any existing law, or under any regulations of any chamber of commerce or board of trade within this state.
