ART MULTIPLES SALES ACT (EXCERPT) Act 40 of 1987 442.367 Conditional effective date. Sec. 17. This act shall not take effect unless all of the following bills of the 84th Legislature are enacted into law:

(a)Senate Bill No. 55.

(b)Senate Bill No. 56.
