REGULATION OF CERTAIN SALES (EXCERPT) Act 39 of 1961 442.219 Licenses; false statement, penalty. Sec.

9.Any person making a false statement in the application provided for in this act is guilty of perjury and shall be imprisoned in the state prison for not more than 5 years.
