ANIMALS RUNNING AT LARGE (EXCERPT) Act 248 of 1879 433.58 Replevin. Sec.
8.The provisions of this act shall not be construed to deprive the party claiming the ownership of said property from bringing his action in replevin for the recovery of the same in case the same has been unlawfully seized.
