RENTING ROOMS TO MINORS (EXCERPT) Act 125 of 2001 427.304 Documentation of age. Sec.

4.A hotel or bed and breakfast may require that an individual provide documentary evidence confirming the age of an individual renting or leasing a hotel room or bed and breakfast room or documentary evidence of the emancipation of a minor, including a motor vehicle operator's or chauffeur's license, a registration certificate issued by the federal selective service, or other bona fide documentary evidence of the age and identity of the individual or emancipation of the minor.
