HOTELS, INNS, AND PUBLIC LODGING HOUSES (EXCERPT) Act 188 of 1913 427.11 Hotel inspectors; power to enter hotels. Sec.

11.Said inspector and his deputies are hereby granted police power to enter any hotel at reasonable hours to determine whether the provisions of this act are being complied with.
