RENTING ROOMS TO MINORS (EXCERPT) Act 125 of 2001 427.302 Rental of room to minor. Sec.

2.A hotel or bed and breakfast may refuse to rent or lease a hotel room or a bed and breakfast room to a minor other than an emancipated minor.
