STATE LIBRARY FOR BLIND (EXCERPT) Act 127 of 1959 397.495 State library for blind; transfer of powers and duties to state board for libraries. Sec.

5.Any and all powers and duties vested by any law of this state in the state library for the blind are hereby transferred and vested in the state board for libraries.
