LIBRARY OF MICHIGAN ACT (EXCERPT) Act 540 of 1982 397.15 Appointment of state librarian. Sec.
5.The governor, in consultation with the board and with the advice and consent of the senate, shall appoint a state librarian who shall serve at the pleasure of the governor.
